“This month we’re featuring a collection of sophisticated estates greatly sought-after for their exceptional design. Formerly the Port of London Authority headquarters, Ten Trinity Square (shown above) is an iconic Beaux Arts design by Sir Edwin Cooper which has been recreated as an exclusive offering of the Four Seasons Hotel London, The Residences at Four Seasons, and a private members club. The highly specified residences are managed by Four Seasons and benefit from all the services and amenities of the hotel. Set in a contemporary yet classic style, the spacious apartments retain much of the original history and appearance, blending neoclassical interiors with elegant, modern design. From homes created using artisanal and natural materials to the ultramodern and lavishly remodeled, the residences featured are highly desirable by design.”

An ultramodern copper-clad residence on Singapore’s Sentosa Island, The Copper House was designed by award-winning architect Sonny Chan. Two feng shui masters designed its exteriors and interiors in an innovative crab-like design with a maritime-inspired floor plan.
An homage to one of the masters of 20th-century architecture, La Maison de Verre in Princeton, New Jersey, was designed using earth-toned brick and a natural palette, with organic-hued wood and copper arts-and-crafts accents in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright.
