LOCATION Located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe along the south side of Meeks Bay, this lodge is the quintessential Lake Tahoe experience. Set on a gently sloping parcel with granite boulders and mature landscaping, the gambrel style guesthouse and main home evoke an “Old Tahoe” charm. This estate offers two structures (roughly 2,600sf main house and 400sf guesthouse), shared pier with 6,000 lb. boat lift and adjustable catwalk as well as one buoy, expansive deck and lakeside stone patio with sandy shore. DESIGN The original lake house was built in the 1940’s capturing the charm and character of the classic “Old Tahoe” lifestyle; where families gather to relax and enjoy life away from the demands of daily life. In later years, the main home was remodeled, adding a spacious common area, master suite, two stairways, additional bathroom and mudroom entry. The luxury guesthouse above the garage is comprised of one bedroom, one bathroom and granite kitchen. In total, Meeks Bay Lodge offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2-car garage, pier and buoy all on one of the most coveted bays of Lake Tahoe.
