When: March 10th – 12th, 2023

Where: Everline Resort and Spa, Olympic Valley, CA

Who: This event is exclusively designed for agents within the Sotheby’s Family and other resort markets who share a passion for the great outdoors, skiing, snowboarding, and the serene beauty of Lake Tahoe.

Itinerary:

Day 1 – March 10, 2023:

• Evening Welcome Reception Dinner:
  • Time: 7 PM
  • Location: Six Peaks Bar and Grille at Everline Resort
  • Description: Join us for a sumptuous welcome dinner hosted by David Gemme. Afterward, unwind in our inviting hot tubs and enjoy poolside drinks under the starry Lake Tahoe skies.

Day 2 – March 11, 2023:

• Morning Ski and Board at Palisades Tahoe:
  • Time: 8:30 AM
  • Location: Gather by the fireplace in the main entrance of Everline Resort
  • Description: Skiers will conquer the exhilarating slopes of Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows, while non-skiers can indulge in some retail therapy and explore the charming Tahoe City.
• Lunch:
  • Time: 12:30
  • Location: Skiers will convene at the Gold Coast Lodge’s outdoor deck, perched atop the Funitel Gondola.
  • Description: Relish a delectable lunch while soaking in the majestic views of Lake Tahoe at the Gold Coast Lodge.
• Evening Dinner and Newtworking at Sierra Sotheby’s Tahoe City Office:
  • Time: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Location: 970 North Lake Blvd. Tahoe City, CA 96145
  • Description: Engage in enriching discussions on various business topics over a catered meal, TBD. 
• Evening Hot Tub Social:
  • Time: 7 PM
  • Location: Everline Resort Pool and Hot Tubs
  • Description: Unwind and relax in the inviting embrace of the resort hot tubs and heated pool. Delight in handcrafted drinks or beer. 

Day 3 – March 12, 2023:

• Morning Session:
  • Time: 8:30 AM
  • Location: Meet near the fireplace in the main entrance
  • Description: Skiing at Palisades Tahoe, the perfect finale to an unforgettable weekend.
• Afternoon Lunch Session and Closing Remarks:
  • Time: 1 PM
  • Location: KT Base Bar
  • Description: Gather for a delightful lunch and closing remarks as we bid adieu to this remarkable event.

Event Concludes: March 12, 2023, at 4:00 PM

We recommend arriving via Reno Airport, a mere 50-minute journey from Everline Resort. For a seamless transfer, consider renting a car or utilizing the convenient shuttle service.

Palisades Tahoe is an Ikon Pass destination. If you’re not an Ikon Pass holder, day passes are available here. Collectively we will be exploring both the Palisades Tahoe side and Alpine Meadows side via the Base to Base Gondola.
